Numerous previous studies have suggested that the universal thermal and vibrational properties of amorphous solids which are at variance with crystalline solids, e.g.  low-temperature scaling of the heat capacity with temperature, stronger sound damping at low temperatures, and the temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity, are linked to the local inhomogeneous elastic response of amorphous solids. Here, we discuss the local stress and the local strain of glassy systems with different stabilities. In this work, we calculate the local elastic constants and their probability distributions. From the distributions, we also determine the stability dependence of the local heterogeneities of the solid. The system preparation starts with the instant quenching of a supercooled liquid, namely the parent structure, at a finite parent temperature to T = 0. The parent temperature is treated as a stability parameter and the stability dependence of the local elastic constant is studied via a change in the parent temperature of a series of the  supercooled liquids. We have determined that the standard deviations of the distributions become smaller for the most stable glassy media. We also find that there is no spatial correlation between the local elastic moduli.
