Henry Research Group

Departments of Chemistry and Chemical & Biological Engineering

Introduction

Welcome to the Henry Research Group homepage.  Our research group focuses on the development of novel chemical measurement tools with an emphasis in problems at the interface between chemistry, biology, and the environment.  Most of our research also makes use of miniaturized Lab-on-a-Chip devices such as the one shown below.  The Lab-on-a-Chip field is a new and exciting area of research that promises to make a significant impact on how measurement science is done in the 21st century.

Two capillary electrophoresis microchips similar to those used in our laboratory for routine bioanalytical and environmental measurements

On this website, you will find links describing the research that goes on in my group.  In addition, there are links for the teaching, my Vita, and other links of general interest
