Chemistry Stockroom Fulfillment Process

*Must have a stockroom card to do fulfillment

• Download this excel sheet
• Fill out the required information
• Email it to chem_stockroom@colostate.edu
• We will process your fulfillment request in the order they are received and as time allows

Note: We can not guarantee the exact quantity requested if we are sold out of the item. You will only be charged for what is in stock

• Your account will be charged based on the requested items
• They will be placed on the shelf sorted by Stockroom card number.
• You must sign out the items just like the packages.
