About the Scientific Leadership Development Program:

Tolmar is a local pharmaceutical company located in Northern Colorado (Fort Collins and Windsor), specializing in extended-release injections in a variety of areas including urology, oncology and endocrinology. This program would allow recent PhD and PharmD students to develop leadership skills and broaden their understanding of pharmaceutical development by participating in a two-year rotational program. In this unique program, the recent graduates will have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas of development including formulation, analytical, early stage, clinical, process and device engineering, and electives before placement into a group that best fit the graduates’ skills, interests, and ability. We are hoping to fill this role in the spring/summer of 2025 and are actively recruiting PhD and PharmD students who will be graduating this year. In particular, we are interested in students who are getting their PhD in relevant scientific fields including chemistry, biochemistry, materials science and engineering, bioengineering, and chemical and biological engineering.
