The College of Natural Resources at CSU has selected Professor Delphine Farmer as one of two 2025 Professor Laureates. The award is the college’s highest academic honor. It is reserved for dedicated faculty with outstanding contributions to the mission of research, teaching, mentoring and outreach.

Professor Laureates are exemplary of the College’s commitment to excellence in work and leadership. In receiving this award, Farmer will serve as a role model within the College and the Department of Chemistry. Farmer has dedicated her research to atmospheric chemistry- focusing on air quality, forest ecology, and climate. She frequently publishes her research, and she also enthusiastically collaborates with her students and research group.

On receiving the award Farmer said, “this is an honor that really reflects on the collective work of the incredible group of graduate students, postdocs, and research scientists with whom I have the pleasure of working.”
