About the Seminar:

X-ray characterization is utilized as a tool to better understand the physical properties and chemical behavior of materials at the molecular level and guide the design of new and better materials. Examples of this process will be shown that involve both assistive and collaborative efforts providing a better understanding of molecular and macro structures offering new insights into physical properties and the design of better materials properties. Applications of X-ray characterization methods will be highlighted that help understand reaction selectivity and product formation in the synthesis of new materials
